The readiness check
When you enter a domain for the free readiness check, we fetch its homepage, robots.txt and llms.txt once, from our servers, and compute the result. We don't store the domain, the result, or your IP address, beyond the request log Cloudflare keeps for security (up to 24 hours).
Snapshots and Track
To run a benchmark we need a domain, the questions you approve, and an email address to deliver the report. The frozen answers from the engines are kept as long as your report exists; they're the evidence behind it, so we don't bin them early. Payment runs through Stripe. We never see your card number. Ask us to delete a report and we delete it, along with its frozen answers.
Analytics
We count page views and referrers with a first-party script. No cookies, nothing sent to third parties. We also log which AI crawlers fetch this site; that is part of what the product studies.
If you give us an email address for a tool result, we use it to send that result and, if you ticked the box, occasional notes about the product. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email the address above. We answer within 30 days.
