The revision · illustrative example

The gap, circled. The fix, drawn in.

What the three files change, shown on example-accountants.co.uk, a made-up accountancy practice. Your files are written from your own site, in your wording, and only for the gaps your site actually has.

robots.txt lines · only if AI crawlers are blocked

Let the assistants' crawlers in.

The exact lines to change, and what each one lets in. If nothing is blocked, we say so and leave it alone.

Structured data · JSON-LD in your site's head

State the business in a form machines read directly.

Your business type, name, address, services and contact details. For an accountancy practice, that type is AccountingService.

[03] Who does what

Your domain in, files out. No logins.

We work from your public site and send you the files. You, or whoever looks after your site, pastes them in.

At checkout

What we need from you

  • Your website domain

Entered at checkout. That is all we need.

  • An optional note

Anything we should know: the platform you use, a page you want described a certain way, a service you do not offer.

  • No logins

We do not ask for logins, and we do not log into your site.

Within 2 working days

What we do

  • Read your site

From your public pages, and check the gap is really there before we write anything.

  • Write the files

llms.txt, structured data, and robots.txt lines only if AI crawlers are blocked.

  • Check and send

We check the structured data parses and email the files with install steps for your platform.

What this does not do

No promise of rankings, mentions or traffic.

These files make your site easier for assistants to read and to describe correctly. Whether an assistant names you depends on the question asked, the engine, the day and what else is out there. Answers change from one run to the next. If we cannot find a useful fix for your domain, we refund you in full.

[04] A few good questions

Before you buy.

Will AI assistants name my firm after this?

We cannot say. The fix removes a barrier to being read. It does not make an assistant recommend you, and nobody can promise that. If you want to measure what assistants say about you across a set of buyer questions, that is what a Snapshot is for.

Do you need access to my website?

No. We work from your public site and send you the files. You or whoever looks after your site pastes them in. The install steps cover WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and plain HTML. If you use something else, tell us in the note and we will adapt the steps.

What if my site does not have the gap you found?

Then there is little to fix, and we will tell you before we write anything. If we cannot find a useful fix for your domain, we refund you in full.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a single payment for one website. Nothing renews.
